Instruct your solicitor to obtain the Title Deeds from the Bank and to deal with any Title and Planning Permission issues that need to be sorted.
A BER rating and certificate will need to be carried out prior to the property being placed on the market.
A list of any furniture/appliances included in the sale will need to be put together.
What date you plan on vacating the property (If Applicable).
If the property is tenanted, Tenancy Agreements must be in order and copies made for the selling agent, including full details of the tenancies/deposits paid etc.
All property taxes must be dealt with, Local Property Tax (LPT) has been payable since 2013.
